Restoration is a speed business — the difference between drying your subfloor and replacing it is measured in hours, and the company that helps you is the one that’s minutes away, not the one with the biggest coverage map. Being based in the middle of the city is the product.
What we actually do
We handle the emergency and the rebuild. A lot of restoration outfits dry your house, hand you a folder, and disappear — then you spend three weeks finding a contractor and re-explaining the whole thing. We do both halves, so the mitigation scope and the repair estimate come from the same company and nothing falls through the crack between them.
How we work with your insurance
We document conditions before we touch anything: photos, moisture readings, affected-area mapping. Then daily readings through the drying process and an itemized scope at the end. We’re not adjusters and we don’t decide what your policy covers — but we make sure the file has everything the adjuster needs, because claims stall on missing documentation more than anything else.
