Atlanta & the Close-In Metro · Since 2020
Water doesn't wait for business hours. Neither do we.
Unity Restoration is an Atlanta water damage company serving the city and the close-in metro — Decatur to East Point, Brookhaven to Smyrna. Not a network, not a directory, not a call center in another state. We extract, dry, document, and rebuild — and you talk to the same people the whole way through.
Water damage, and everything it drags in with it.
Most of our work starts as water. Some of it arrives as fire, mold, or a sewer line that gave up. It all ends the same way: dry, clean, and put back together.
Water Damage Restoration
Extraction, structural drying, and everything after.
Water Damage →Fire & Smoke Damage
The fire is out. The damage is not done.
Fire & Smoke →Mold Remediation
Kill the moisture or the mold comes back.
Mold →Sewage & Biohazard Cleanup
Category 3 water plays by different rules.
Sewage →Storm & Roof Leak Damage
When the roof loses, the water wins.
Storm Damage →Reconstruction & Repairs
Mitigation is half the job. Somebody has to put it back.
Reconstruction →How a job actually runs.
No mystery, no vanishing crew, no surprise invoice at the end.
You call, we pick up
A person, not a queue. We get the address, what happened, and whether the water is still running. If it's an emergency, a crew is moving before the call ends.
We document before we touch anything
Photos of the conditions as we found them, moisture readings, and the affected area mapped. This is the part that decides how your claim goes, and it happens first.
Extract and dry
Standing water out, equipment set, and daily moisture readings until the structure hits target. We dry to a number, not to a feeling.
Remove only what has to go
Anything that can be dried gets dried. Contaminated or unsalvageable material comes out, and we show you the reading that made the call.
Rebuild
Drywall, flooring, cabinets, paint. Same company, same schedule, so nothing gets lost in the handoff between mitigation and repair.
One shop, in the middle of everything.
We're based in the heart of intown Atlanta — minutes from Grant Park and Peoplestown, Decatur and Druid Hills, East Point and Hapeville, Brookhaven and Smyrna. When a pipe lets go, the company that matters is the one that's already close.
And close means we know the housing. Cast iron under the bungalow belt. Slabs in Morrow where water only moves sideways. Stucco in Avondale that hides everything until it's severe. Garden apartments in Clarkston running fifty-year-old pipe at triple its design load. Ranches in Brookhaven taking water they never took until the lot next door got rebuilt.
That's what being local actually buys you — not a pin on a coverage map, but a crew that's worked your street's exact problems before. Not sure we cover you? Call. Ten seconds, straight answer.
Where we work
Tell us what happened
Where the property is, what happened, and when. If there's standing water right now, call instead — the form is for everything that can wait an hour.
- One local Atlanta crew — not a stranger routed from three counties away
- Photos, moisture readings, and an itemized scope for your claim
- Same company from extraction through rebuild
- Emergency crews dispatch 24/7

Including us. Knowing what should happen is how you tell a real restoration company from a guy with a shop vac.
