Candler Park is bungalow stock from the 1910s and 20s on hilly, wooded lots, and the canopy is the whole story. Mature oaks and poplars drop limbs on roofs every storm season, and the ones that don't drop limbs drop debris into valleys and gutters until water backs up under shingles instead of running off them.
